Vintage Specs only uses Australia Post for all deliveries, this enables us to ship to the following addresses: residential, commercial, PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers. Goods will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Tracking info will be emailed to you & can be tracked here:
Delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 business days, typically rural locations can fall between 8-10 business days.

International Shipping is $30AUD, we are able to send any of our items worldwide. When checking out please select your country from the drop down menu.
In accordance with the ACCC law in Australia
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, the item has been mis-used or you have purchased the incorrect size/colour. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major fault. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have prevented someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Prescription lenses are non-refundable unless faulty, for this reason we would highly recommend only getting a prescription that has been used before in a previous pair of glasses. New prescriptions may be hard to adapt too or may have issues relating back to the eye examination.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide accurate prescription details, we can only provide our lenses matching this information. In the event that the customer has failed to provide correct prescription information, we cannot offer any form of refund.
